The past President shall be the person responsible for convening the nominating committee each year for the purpose of identifying nominees to replace retiring directors. The nominating committee is to consist of not less than five Members, such Members to include the President, the Vice-president, and not less that three past Directors. The committee shall be responsible for the nomination of Members for election as Directors.
